THE PASTRY CHEF

MARTIN JACQUOT

MARTIN JACQUOT

After spending a large part of his life abroad, where he had the opportunity to discover a wide variety of cultures and flavors, Martin’s journey was deeply shaped by these years of expatriation. They nurtured his passion for pastry and cuisine, enriched by the diversity of tastes and memories he encountered along the way.

Upon returning to France, he refined his expertise at La Mère Brazier in Lyon, before completing his apprenticeship at the prestigious Maison Bouillet, an iconic Lyonnais institution.

Passionate about pastry as much as about motorcycling, Martin finds in both worlds the same pursuit of adrenaline, precision, and discipline, qualities he brings every day to his creations, his flavors, and the joy of sharing them.
