MARGIE SANCHEZ SANABRIA

DDG

Margie Sanchez-Sanabria is the Pastry Chef at La Table du Gouverneur. Arriving in France ten years ago, she sought and found a balance between French gastronomy and the culinary tradition of South America. She has worked in many houses: a Relais & Château on the Swiss border, at the Grand Réfectoire, at Maisons Bocuse, and at Paris Society (Coco Lyon). Margie enjoys playing with the flavors of these two countries and the colors and textures, skills acquired during her first job as an interior designer. She puts her creativity at the service of refined, original and seasonal desserts.

THE CLUB HOUSE

Chesterfield armchairs, a bar, a plush atmosphere, there are all the aesthetic codes of the British spirit in the golf’s club house. This privileged, entirely cottage-like decorated space, is the ideal place for golfers to relax and chill out, to get together over a glass, to enjoy a snacking break or play different games in a very friendly ambience. On the outside the dedicated, genuinely charming, shady terrace is available on sunny days.
